Robyn Santucci, Esq.
Ms. Long was very capable and responsive throughout the process which put my mind at ease. Working with [her] … was such a breath of fresh air.
[Toni] has provided excellent legal guidance and advised us to invest in appropriate risk-mitigating areas. Those investments have already paid off …
I am beyond satisfied with all of the interactions I have had with Toni. She is knowledgeable, forthcoming, and anticipatory.
Toni guided me and my husband in establishing two LLCs at the same time. She gave us great guidance and highlighted important things for us to consider that helped set us up for success.
With Toni on the case (or deal) I always know that I am in good hands. She is a thorough, thoughtful advocate and I regard her as an absolute asset to my businesses.
With every interaction, Ms. Long has shown a level of dedication superior to any in my experience.
Toni is an outstanding attorney who was incredibly easy to work with and did absolutely everything we needed.
The Long Law Group is a boutique firm founded in 2009 with the goal of forming long-term relationships with clients. We advise clients on business legal matters that arise throughout the life cycle of a venture.
We provide customized legal solutions to professionals and businesses of all sizes, from sole proprietors to startups to middle-market companies. We offer big firm experience coupled with the affordability and efficiency of a smaller firm, without compromising the quality that clients expect.
We offer comprehensive legal advice to help you avoid many of the issues that drive future litigation, stall deals and hamper the growth of your business. We prefer to consult with you before you have a problem … before a simple legal issue becomes a lawsuit that disrupts your company, destroys a partnership or drives away investors and customers.
However, should an issue require litigation, our team draws upon over thirty years of complex litigation experience in large law firms, including acting as lead defense counsel in federal and state securities class actions, securities and antitrust investigations, commercial and business litigation, and pre-and post-merger disputes.
We offer business legal advice tailored to each client’s unique needs. Viewing business issues from our client’s perspective, we form a collaborative relationship to develop a strategy with a business focus that produces the best possible outcome.
Our attorneys are true advocates. We learn our clients’ businesses, give advice that preserves and advances our clients’ business goals, and act both zealously and ethically.
Clients have varying legal needs and we know that one-size-fits-all solutions and rates do not work for every legal matter. In our present environment, attorneys must get to know their clients and their businesses to offer customized advice best suited for each unique situation.

Just a month before the original Quilt’ n’ Things was going to close its doors, new owner Lana Norton stepped in with a vision. Her desire was to create a space that would cater to all fiber arts enthusiasts—quilters, sewers, knitters, felters, embroiderers, weavers, spinners—and to those who appreciate the traditional arts that have been passed on from one generation to the next.
Located in Montrose, California, the shop offers 3-4 classes per day to preserve and promote these arts, including quilting, knitting, felting, embroidery, crochet, repurposing and more.
